The resort had spacious and well-equipped rooms perfect for families, but cleanliness, especially in the bathroom sinks, could be improved. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, except for an incident of not being customer-oriented in a particular situation.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, but unfortunately lacked a view and privacy. On the bright side, we were able to catch a spectacular sunset from the room.

While most of the employees, especially the front desk staff, came off as a bit rude, there were some helpful individuals. One front desk staff member was very terse and unaccommodating, which was disappointing.

The property is constantly being tended to, showing it is well-cared for. The location was perfect, offering a balance of peace away from noise, yet easy access to amenities. The gated entry provided a sense of security, and being close to the beach and the Queen Mary made the stay even more enjoyable.
